2023 = new goals and new methods of achieving them … I am really excited to join @fillnowcoaching and be getting coached by Meghan. Her background in triathlon is absolutely stacked with great achievements such as: She has finished third in the world at the IRONMAN World Championships three times. Since 2018, she has won ten IRONMAN and 70.3 events, and she has numerous age group victories. Meghan is also a 3x Duathlon Age Group National Champion, a 4x Triathlon National Champion. She finished the 2021 season ranked #2 in the world and the 2022 season ranked #1 in the world.

This was another random idea, we wanted to visit #tablemountain in #capetown – The family took the cable car and I ran up Platterkloof Gorge – solid threshold effort: 2.2 miles, 2300ft, 38 mins for the climb. Probably should not have worn road shoes, but thats all I had 🙁
